Q: Is Wreckro free?
A: Yes, Wreckro is free to do the following:

Wreckro does offer upgrades for various areas of the sites for a more rewarding experience and to better your chances at winning bids, having coupons seen, and having classified ads responded to.
Q: What if I receive negative feedback?
A: Just like on many other sites, you have an opportunity to make a rebuttal. And just like on other sites, if you're doing a good job these should be few and far between. Most people understand that there are bad eggs out there, but where there's smoke, there's fire. If you're getting a lot of bad feedback, take some time to consider why this may be happening and what you can do to turn things around. Keep in mind that users aren't allowed to comment unless they've awarded a job to a bidder and closed the job out. So abuse of the commenting system is projected to be almost a non-issue.
Q: I awarded my job to a vendor, and his price was higher than his estimate. Does Wreckro guarentee the vendors on this site?
A: NO! This is America! You enter into working with another business at your own risk. We highly recommend you base your decision on feedback scores and the comments other users have left for the particular vendor. As well, get a quote in writing before you give the work to any vendor! Sometimes final bills come in higher than the original estimates, as that's the nature of this industry. Most vendors won't perform additional work without speaking to you about it first. However, if you feel that you were treated unfairly, be sure to leave the appropriate feedback! That's what will help build up the good and weed out the bad and make Wreckro a valuable resource for all that use it.
Q: I bid on a job for a user, and they refuse to pay me! Does Wreckro guarentee payment from the users on this site?
A: NO! This is America! You enter into working with a person at your own risk, just like in the real world, which this very much is. It's a good thing you have their car!
Q: Do you have a mobile app I can download?
A: Not yet. We are working on building a mobile website, iPhone app, and Android app. We'll keep you updated on the status of these.
